Control of capacity and influx

"The RCTB entrusts NexoTech with the capacity control of its most emblematic tournament, the historic CONDE DE GODÓ Trophy"

Disputed for the first time in 1953, the history of the trophy given by the Count of Godó is united in the tennis club of Spanish tennis, the Real Club de Tenis Barcelona-1899, owner and host of the tournament.

Over time, the tournament has become an emblem for the city of Barcelona and has become not only the most important sporting event held annually, but one of the social events of the major resonance. Since 1968, the tournament acquires the status of International Championships of Spain.

The RCTB is transformed during a week a year in an effervescent and dynamic scenario where thousands of people pass daily among the members of the organization, visitors of all ages, sponsors and athletes, and all in a framework capable of accommodating more than 8,000 people distributed in the different areas that make up an idyllic environment where leisure and professional tennis converge.

In such a demanding environment, NexoTech has been able to fully satisfy the needs of the organization and develop and implement a capacity control system that allows monitoring in real time and segmented by areas with which the organization can effectively control a scenario so changing and, in addition, be able to analyze the results to achieve a better return on investment.
